  Unless you are a huge commission don't expect them to help you in any way whatsoever. After I said I was looking for a 6 by 9 for around $500 he pointed to the back wall and walked away. It's like IKEA with higher prices. The only redeeming quality is the selection and variety and sizes allowed me to confirm I needed a smaller rug than I originally thought. A big f u to them ever seeing a $1 from me. A shame as it's a nice space just terrible service.. Avoid.....
