  Everything has gone downhill since Pinnacle took over this building. I've been here for nearly 5 years, largely with no problems. With Pinnacle in charge, the building is falling apart (front doors to the building won't open/close completely because of the shifting bricks, cracks in the walls in the corridors and in apartments, windows won't close and maintenance explanation is "building is shifting", washer & dryer has to be dismantled and drained every 5 washes or so, dumpsters are left in parking lot attracting mice). Parking is also a disaster. There isn't enough parking on the street and in the garages combined. Cars in the parking lots aren't required to have any kind of pass, so people who don't even live in the area leave their cars parked in the lot for months without moving them. People park in handicap spaces all the time (including the mail truck, UPS, FedEx, Optimum, people moving in or out, etc) and management does not seem to care. With all of the new buildings in Stamford who have a lot more to offer, The Lofts can no longer be considered "luxury".
